In this microlesson, you will learn which basic concepts you should consider when visualizing data. In particular, we will look at the visualization of categorical data. We encounter this everywhere and good communication of the results of data should not be underestimated. In the final interactive exercise, you will check the readability of bar charts and pie charts. You will find ways to optimize them. You will do this using an example: The fictitious e-commerce company BestBooks sells books and advertises them via various channels in order to get as many people as possible interested in its products. But which channel brings the greatest benefit? You will investigate this question and more.
